  • Strict adherence to the informed consent must be followed by the researchers. Patients should be made aware of the risks and benefits of participating in the research.
  • The Precision Medicine Initiative entails huge expenses. Technologies like DNA sequencing requires huge expenses. Moreover, the drugs that are likely to be developed as a result are costly. It may not be covered under insurance.
